A S Hospitality is currently searching for a Plant Controller.  For over 50 years, A S Hospitality has been setting the standard for innovation in the hospitality industry by utilizing the latest technology to enhance business documentation programs worldwide.  The Company’s primary products include; hotel operational forms, marketing and food & beverage materials as well as a wide array of products to meet the unique needs of our customers.


The Plant Controller will be responsible for providing financial and cost analysis for the A S Hospitality Division.


 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


 


Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.


Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.


Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.


Manage the preparation of period and year-end financial statements and audit work papers.


Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and forecasts.


Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions.


Ensure compliance with local, state and federal reporting requirements.


Work with managers and corporate staff to develop business plans.


Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.


 


SKILLS REQUIRED


Good written and verbal communication skills, mathematics, analysis, interpretation, trouble-shooting, judgment, problem solving, ability to handle several projects at one time, meet deadlines, and a high degree of attention to detail.


Computer keyboarding, spreadsheet proficient, 10 key, thorough knowledge of accounting.
