Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist production, by troubleshooting & alleviating quality issues involving machinery, tools & equipment

Verify tooling checksheets and scheduling of diesets/changeovers

Plan and assign skilled trades job assignments based on TEM system

Ensure emergency breakdowns are responded to and documented in TEM system

Complete daily lineups and review production constraints during closeout meetings

Participate in manpower/weekend planning process

Conduct Job or pre-task analysis (JSAs) to ensure safe practices

Conduct work group meetings for safety and quality

Use P3 system to analyse root cause of equipment downtime and develop plans to correct

Organize the work plan for scheduled releases including manpower, parts and tasks

using TEM Reporting system

Verify everyone is following Ford safety process and procedures, inspect the quality of work performed

Ensure hard hit reports are completed with root cause analysis and corrective actions identified

Verify Process Verification checksheets are completed prior to start up and audit performance at start up

 

Requirements include:

Minimum of a Bachelor Science Degree, ideally in Manufacturing Engineering

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience
