The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in plant management of a similar industry, a 4 year college degree preferred, direct profit and loss responsibility.

In addition, experience with distribution, team building, packaging processes and plant maintenance is also desired. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including the use of a company vehicle.
