Our Gulf coast client is presently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee plant operations while increasing throughput and optimizing inventory levels. This position will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations and be an active member of the operations management staff.

Ideal candidates will have current or recent plant manager responsibilities, totaling no fewer than 5 years experience in a large, multi-million dollar manufacturing facility.  The person must be able to work closely with the supply chain, production, finance and sales functions and will have profit and loss responsibility for the facility. This person must also have a solid working knowledge of lean manufacturing. Limited relocation assistance can be provided.
