Plant Operations Supervisor – Thousand Oaks, CA

This position is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance.  Will operate as part of the management team.  Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors, and maintaining records relating to inspections and maintenance contracts. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.  Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections a plus.
