Plant Services Engineer
Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of underground drainage pipes, is seeking a highly motivated Plant Services Engineer in our New Miami, Ohio facility.
Position requirements:
- Designing and implementing industrial power systems including transformers, switchgear, plant distribution, power quality and power factor adjustment and incorporation of large horsepower DC and AC Drives.
- Facility infrastructure experience within a manufacturing setting or for a contractor.
- Strong PLC, circuits, controls and drives programming and troubleshooting.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong hands-on experience on motors, support equipment etc.
- Working understanding of energy sources and analysis for alternatives.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- This is a hands-on position with approximately 50% travel.
- Understands plastic extrusion and/or holds an electrical contracting license a plus but not required.
