200 employee manufacturer of heavy fabricated weldments for off-the-road equipment like Caterpillar, John Deere, JI Case. and Bucyrus Erie.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Set clear expectations, provide tools to meet those goals, and hold co-workers accountable. Analyze work orders and blueprints to determine materials and processes required. Maintain the supply of tools and materials necessary to meet the production schedule. Ensure equipment is in good operating condition and all preventative maintenance has been performed. Analyze and resolve work problems by fascilitating and supporting team meetings to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS: An Associate Degree and 3 plus years supervison experience in a heavy metal fabrication environment or 8 plus years supervision experience in a heavy metal fabrication environment that used oxycetyline burn machines, lasers, and hi-def plasma.
