Eastside Cleveland recycling center needing a hands-on supervisor.  Must have proven background with supervision and be able to work independently.  Will be asked to supervise anywhere from 5-25 workers at various times. This person will handle the day-to-day operations of a recycling/scrapyard center.  Experience with mechanical work on front-end loaders and tow motors will be helpful.  Will be asked to be hands-on with the day-to-day duties including sorting, baling, and hauling.  This is not a desk job and must be able to work in all climates.  Position will pay $35,0000-$50,000 with a bonus structure also included.
