Plastic Surgery Medical Device Sales Representative


We are currently seeking an outside sales representative for a protected territory that covers the Chicago IL and surrounding areas.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the domestic sales of the Plastic and Reconstructive surgery product lines. If you can TRAVEL 8 to 10 nights/month and have previous OUTSIDE SALES experience then this is the job for you. Note: this is not pharmaceutical or DME sales. This is a unique opportunity to break into O.R. patient care area surgical sales.

 

Responsibilities

·         Managing existing accounts

·         Promoting and selling new products

·         Prospecting and developing new business  

·         Training and continuing education of medical staff

·         Negotiating the final deal with the decision maker

·         Contacts include: Plastic Surgeons, estheticians, nurses, and or other professionals located within the hospital setting

 

 Requirements

·         2 -4 years of outside sales experience

·         Must have a 4 year degree

·         Candidates must have a proven track record of closing new business, time management and organizational skills

·         Previous experience focusing on customer satisfaction

·         Creativity and working creatively

·         Conflict resolution skills

·         Ability to understand technology

·         We expect a dedicated closer to significantly increase earnings each successive year

·         Prefer candidates with experience in single-use product sales
