Small / mid-size manufacturing company is looking for an Electrolytic plating department supervisor.

Our manufacturing process is complex with many variable processes including:

              *creating generational parts (Master, mother,and stampers)

              *silver spraying

              *nickel baths

The position will supervise 5+ employees (potentially two shifts).

Quality and timeliness is the key for our product.

The ability to communicate and work with other departments to ensure quality product is a must.

The plating department supervisor must be very detailed oriented with drive for excellence in his team and product. We are looking for a hands-on leader with exceptional work ethic, obsessive focus on quality, and impeccable integrity that will lead day to day manufacturing operations.

Candidates must have 10+ years experience in tight tolerance, high quality Nickel/Silver plating environment.  Experience Six Sigma/ISO 9000 manufacturing environments a plus.

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000
