Platinum Concierge Administrator

The Platinum Concierge Administrator will execute administrative tasks to relieve the Platinum Concierge Manager and Platinum Concierge Agents of clerical work and administrative business detail including payroll administration.


 


• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all team member time cards including the hours worked, vacation/sick approved or scheduled, and or any commission/bonus approved. 
• Responsible for distributing to agents daily performance reports including contacts handled, reservations booked, payments collected, etc.
• Responsible for completing administrative tasks daily requested by management to allow Platinum Concierge Agents to focus on handling contacts. 
• Responsible for completing administrative tasks daily requested by management to allow Platinum Concierge Manager to focus on the service level provided to inbound contacts.
• Orders and distributes departmental supplies
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management



This position requires the ability to self-direct and execute assigned projects.  Employee is monitored and tasked by Platinum Concierge Manager and is:
• Empowered to make reasonable decisions to satisfy the customer needs and provide service recovery
• Empowered to make reasonable decisions to direct and coach team members
• Responsible for contributing to the overall success of the department


• 1-2 years inbound Call Center experience
• Some college required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to type 50-60 words per minute
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills required
• Timeshare and financial servicing knowledge preferred
• Detail oriented ability to multi-task and work under minimum direction and supervision
