We are presently seeking qualified managers for opportunities in our: CHARLOTTE, NC; Asheboro, NC; Lexington, NC; Concord, NC, Hickory, NC and Burlington, NC locations.

KITCHEN & SERVICE MANAGERS: You will recruit, hire and train your own staff in a clean, state-of-the-art, high volume, fast paced restaurant. You'll use high quality products and deliver genuine hospitotality to ensure that we 'make pleasurable dining affordable' for each of our guests every day. You'll undergo a challenging, intense, and structured 120-day training program to insure your success and our future.
QUALITY OF LIFE! Annual incomes for our KM's & SM's rise to the $50k range and our GM's average $85k+. We offer a relocation package, and family or individual BCBS insurance coverage with a health savings account component. Platinum pays 2/3 of the premiums - Health, Life, Dental, Vision and Disability. Our Vacation Plan allows all salaried managers a PTO every quarter, or four weeks off per year (three weeks in your first year). Your management schedule will consist of a five day work week, to be posted in each unit on a Quarterly basis to include one flex weekend each 90 days. And, Platinum will also provide an anniversary vacation for a total of five weeks off in a years time.
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable job history (no gaps). Not in and out of food industry.
- No more than three (3) jobs in last six (6) years.
- Have been a salaried food service manager for a minimum of the last three (3) years.
- We prefer experience in Family Dining, Cafeteria or Buffet segments.
- Ability to pass a thurough background check and drug screening.
- Willing to relocate for the opportunity
JOB RREQUIREMENTS: Must be able top work approximately 60 hours per week. Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-5 hours without a rest break, and task sequencing with the completion of complex administrative responsibilities. Frequent heavy lifting (in excess of 35 lbs.+), carrying, bending, and reaching overhead will be required. Work environment entails heavy customer contact, working with cooking equipment and slippery walk surfaces. Position is under minimal levels of day to day supervision.
Candidates must be able to complete a fast-paced, self-driven 120 day training program, sequentially testing out of each segment to advance. Training consists of hands on learning in tasks & recipes, demonstration of leadership & people skills, comprehension of systems & tools for controlling costs, ability to execute daily, weekly & monthly administration to include budgets, P&L's, orders & build-to's, schedules & labor plans, payroll & invoice posting, to name a few.
