TDIndustries, a leading mechanical construction and service company has an excellent opportunity in the El Paso, TX Area for a Plumbing Foreman to join our Multi-Family construction business. This position is for the duration of the project, but may lead to a full time opportunity. Trade Foreman- will supervise, coordinate, inspect and perform the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the appropriate trade during the construction process. Successful candidate will have the following:
· Plumbing license
· Proved leadership skills: 5+ years
· Job planning for work package, site set-up and construction schedules experience.
· Experience adjusting work sequences to meet construction schedule.
· Scheduled and coordinated activities of craft workers.
· Eliminate construction and job site hazards.
· As required, works with tools to meet construction schedules or other demands.
