Policy Service Specialist - Call Center





Job duties include performing insurance sales processing functions and mediating member service requests and inquiries via telephone or internet demonstrating proficiency in one or more business lines.  Coordinate work activities with other departments, offices, or external sources as required.  Answer member telephone requests and provide quality customer service as needed.

 

1 + years of proven customer service experience.  Ability to communicate effectively, resolve member issues and build positive relationships.  Call center, insurance experience is a plus.

 

 



Job Requirements:
$12.00 per hour
11:15AM - 8pm Monday thru Friday
