Polyurethane Lead Technician

Manufacturing facility located in Shelbyville IN is seeking for a Polyurethane Lead Position
Polyurethane Lead Position will be responsible for maintaining production and quality of polyurethane parts produced with strong focus on reducing scrap and identifying root causes. The candidate should possess trouble shooting skills and must be self-motivated and complete projects with minimal supervision.
Position will be required to set-up and make adjustments to related equipment to promote continuous improvement while monitoring quality production standards. Mechanical Aptitude is required.
Position will also require to maintain proper inventory levels of all necessary supplies and raw materials. Light Management, Good Organization and Communication is a must.
