Our client, located in New Jersey, is currently in need of a CAD Operator, for a vinyl pool liner manufacturing company.  Interested candidates must have experience with a similar vinyl product line in order to be considered.

• Custom swimming pool liner and safety cover design.
• Convert orders submitted in 3-d to 2-d allowing for flat table production, utilizing AutoCAD 13 and other custom software programs
• Convert orders submitted in 3-d to 2-d allowing for flat table production, utilizing AutoCAD 13 and other custom software programs
• Aided in installation, developed software for, maintain two automated cutting systems.
• Develop various custom software packages using Visual Basic 6 to streamline product manufacturing, including machine control file creation and conversion, tracking of inventory (bar coding), and costing
• Estimate material requirements as well as cost estimates based on labor, material and overhead for various products
• Managed all relevant drawings, BOM, production organization, material pricing and purchasing, and assembly training
• Assist in development of new products and product modifications
• Interact with other departments including shipping, billing, sales, and others
