Power Electronics Product / Program Manager

Our client is looking for a Power Electronics Engineer. This candidate will be the primary technical expert in the company’s electronics and power electronics systems. The successful should have familiarity with:

-          power electronic circuit design

-          knowledge of power semiconductors / IGBT

-          understand power electronic component characteristics for thermal and packaging constraints

-          PCBA manufacturing process

-          Understand motors, inductors, inverters, generators

·    BS in electrical engineering – Masters/PhD preferred

·    At least 7 years of hands on engineering experience in power electronics industry

·    Strong technical knowledge of power electronics for high speed motor/generators, specifically for permanent magnet machines preferred

·    Must have very strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

·    Ability to work well in a fast pace, small company environment with multiple tasks assignments
