About the Job
Matlen Silver is seeking a Practice Manager to run a Business/ Management Consulting solution offering that focuses on servicing the financial services industry, specifically private banking and wealth management. This individual will have P&L responsibilities for their practice
This individual will have the following responsibilities:
• Developing assets to support their practice; both sales and delivery assets.
• Billable at the onset of the practice.
• Devising creative client solutions.
• Making client presentations.
• Authoring proposals.
• Selecting and managing delivery teams.
• Recruiting delivery team members from within their past business network.
Other:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
• Prior extensive business experience in private banking or wealth management is required.
• Prior experience working in the above capacity for a firm such as BusinessEdge, IBM or Accenture is a plus
