Otarian is an exciting, new fast-casual global vegetarian restaurant chain - committed to offering a wide variety of multi-cultural dishes and excellent service. 3 Flagship locations will open in Manhattan in February 2010.
You will be responsible to ensure that appetizing, attractive and nutritional meals are prepared in a pleasant, sanitary and efficient manner.
Ideally you will have experience in a mass production quick service restaurant, catering, airport experience. You will be working out of the Production Kitchen in Long Island City servicing the three Manahttan stores with all their product requirements.
