Pre-Closing/Closing paralegal needed for Residential closings with an emphasis on REO. Must be extremely organized with superior communication skills and a great aptitude for getting along with people. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Softpro, Microsoft Word, and Excel. The position requires at least 2 years experience in residential closings including pre-closing, closing and HUD preparation, ;  title clearance background is desireable. Experience in REO is a plus.
