Job Description:

My client is a fast growing LTL carrier located in the SE part of the USA. They are seeking an experienced pricing professional to lead analysis and development of pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profit. The successful candidate will ensure pricing strategies align with growth initiatives, P&D and terminal capacities and lead the implementation of profit improvement strategies. This is a Corporate Headquarters based job in the SE.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years related pricing experience required, preferably for LTL carrier. Transportation industry experience required.

• Prior Pricing Mgr or Senior Analyst experience for a large LTL carrier MUCH PREFERRED!

• Management or project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related area, or equivalent education and work experience.
• MUST HAVE demonstrated proficiency using P.C. spreadsheet, word processing and database management applications (e.g., MS Access, Excel and Word). Ability to write system queries and pull reports for analysis.

• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem solving skills.

•Ability to identify issues, requirements and opportunities for improvement.

•Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
