JOB SUMMARY:
The Pricing Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring pricing strategies for background screening services in order to acquire new clients and retain existing accounts. This position initiates competitive pricing research and pricing policies and maintains historical pricing data for the Background Screening Division of Kroll and its competitors. The Pricing Manager will become familiar with a variety of employment screening concepts, practices, and procedures by establishing excellent working relationships with Kroll colleagues and being able to collaborate cross-functionally. This role will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
This position will be located in Nashville, TN and will report to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Sitting for long periods of time in close proximity to a computer screen.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Some business travel may be required, estimated at approximately 5% to 15%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Climate-controlled office building located on a campus and composed of offices, cubicles, conference rooms and computer data center.
· Individual must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
