This position is located in our VA, Alexandria facility



Successful candidate will act as the Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Manager. Candidate must have experience working with CMDB tools and application in order to assist in identifying and acquiring the right CMDB tool to meet TISCOM requirements and USCG needs through the initial design effort and process design meetings.

Candidate will also work to implement and populate the CMDB to include all associated CG IT Enterprise Configuration Items and Attributes from the DB inception.

Once implemented, the candidate will maintain, and manage adds, moves and changes to the CMDB. This will include maintaining the library of all approved operating systems and applications.

Candidate will also provide training to personnel on CMDB functions and strategies.


Requires BS/BA degree. SQL/Oracle DBA certifications a plus.

Requires 8-10 years experience. Must have direct experience with managing CMDB as well as utilizing CMDB tools.
