Principal Application Workflow Architect/ Human Resources
Job Purpose:
Defines the scope and functionality of Pegasystems solutions against an internally sourced business need and delivers the appropriate application to internal customers via hands-on product configuration.
Prepare and recommend workflow designs for basic application functionality and integration with other related verticals.
Provide ongoing support services to internal customers ensuring continuing business benefit and optimal use of system.
Key Result Areas: - Responsible for functional success of customer initiatives providing necessary attention to our administrative processes procedures.
- Supports all aspects of our application initiatives from project scope definition through requirements analysis, functional and technical design, product configuration, QA, UAT and production deployment within a Project Management framework to ensure delivery of the requested functionality.
- Applies business analysis workflow configuration and ERP application development expertise to ensure high quality navigation..
- Investigates reported software problems, conducts tests to isolate problems and root cause in order to prepare clear Incident Reports for further investigation by Product Operations.
- Conducts further diagnosis and tests as necessary to assist with problem resolution investigating and implementing workarounds where appropriate.
- Provides training and post-production support to customer staff at the application level in order to enable maximum use of functionality.
- Teams with applications staff members in order to ensure consistency and the appropriate level of synergy among related workflows.
- Proactively develops customer relationships by listening, understanding and anticipating needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous alignment with the customer's business needs.

Functional Expertise: - JavaScript and HTML,XML.
- Java
- SOA/Web Services, Component Architecture
- Relational Database design; SQL development and stored procedures, Software Development experience, Interface development experience.
- IT Standards and Protocols.

Education and Experience Requirements: - BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years experience in delivery of Business Solutions, Business Analysis, ERP or Software Development.
