Senior Principal positions available for new international consulting organization. G3 is a new international business consulting enterprise founded by some of the most successful corporate growth entrepreneurs in the US. The company provides high level corporate growth consulting services in very distinct packages. G3 assesses a company's growth and expansion potential, conducts efficiency audits, designs complex and comprehensive growth programs, manages the company's growth, and its mergers and acquisitions division designs, executes and manages the corporate acquisitions, mergers and business liquidations or spin offs. The initial assessment is done by G3 Senior Principals as well as the Senior Sales Professional for that territory, and the actual project work is done by a hand picked team of consultants contracted to and trained by G3.

We are seeking only C-Level, highly successful and highly experienced corporate executives, C-Level corporate/business consultants, and Entrepreneurs who have built their own companies or played a significant role in helping to build others. As a Senior Principal, you will be one of only a few top tier executives in this new international organization, and will be given your own territory to conduct business development, act as project manager for some or all of your client projects, set up your own sales staff, and have the ability to grow from the ground up, a significant part of our geographic reach of services and clients.

 We are looking for special people who have a strong track record in interacting and managing mid sized corporate, not for profit, and governmental agency clients in various business relationships. Must have at least 15 solid years of senior level executive, sales or consultancy in dealing with C level personal in the target organizations. Must be polished, a minimum of a college degree, and strong corporate references.

This is an equity and bonus based compensation position. You are paid based on your region's performance in multi tiers. As a Senior Principal, you will also participate in the G3 equity incentive program. The earnings potential is quite high due to the relatively high project fees, but also, since this is a new organization, albeit lead by executives with strong track records in designing and growing large companies, this is a high risk position, as the company may not succeed. Therefore, please assess this risk/reward issue before submitting your letter or interest and resume.

You must have your own transportation, a home office to work from initially until your territory is supporting of an offsite office and staff, with all computer and electronic aids needed for an efficient operation.
