Education: Bachelors degree in environmental science or demonstrated equivalent.Experience: This is the most senior level position with 17+ years of related experience.

Job Description :
This position is contingent upon successful award of the Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Services Support (MiDAESS) contract located at The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Huntsville, Alabama. The anticipated award date is November/December 2009. Positions will be primarily based in Huntsville, Alabama, but may require work at other MDA sites.


The Principal Environmental Specialist conducts tests and field investigations to obtain data for use by the company, client and environmental and scientific personnel in determining sources and methods of controlling pollutants in air, water and soil.

Responsibilities: Under general direction, applies advanced theories, concepts, principles, processes and novel approaches to job duties. Has full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments. Plans and develops projects concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major organizational programs. This position level plans, organizes and supervises the work of a staff of environmental specialists or functions as a technical expert.
