Thetford seeks an educational leader who has a love for children, commitment to diversity, can respectfully & effectively work with staff, & will develop a rapport with parents & community members. This leader should also be an excellent administrator experienced in K-6 education; have an appreciation for the integral role of the arts; have the ability to manage student performance data to help improve the curriculum; be supportive of professional learning for staff; be able to maintain & increase high standards of educational excellence & have the vision & leadership skills to assist the staff & the board in achieving their goals. Additionally, the principal will encourage dialog & new ideas from parents, staff & other experts to establish an atmosphere or mutual respect throughout the school community.

Thetford Elmentary School seeks to serve the town of Thetford by developing all children in our care to their fullest potential academically, socially, emotionally and physically. Salary Range: $74,000-84,000 depending on experience. Candidates must be eligible for Vermont State licensure.
