Mandatory Skills   

10-15 years of industry professional experience with large software development on Unix.

Have extensive hands-on experience with developing large scale and mission critical server software running on Unix, using C, TCP/UDP sockets, inter-process/inter-thread communications, and concurrent protection, strong networking background, etc.

Must have hands-on experience with and in depth knowledge of Web/HTTP/SSL.

Experience implementing and enhancing IP routing algorithms in an embedded systems environment.

Must have IP routing protocol development experience, i.e. BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, PIM, IGMP, IPV6; experience with scalability and performance is ideal.

Ability to widely apply networking principles, theories and field concepts to product testing and possession of working knowledge of related disciplines.

Requires hands on experience with one or more of the LAN/WAN and network layer protocols.

Tackles complex issues in creative and innovative ways

Experience with Perl scripting, Apache, Cache Server (Squid), SSL Tunneling is a big plus.

Not required, but Preferred:

BS in computer science related field is required (MS is preferred)
