Position Summary:







The Network Operations and Information Solutions (NetOps & IS) Department at Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS) is seeking a skilled Systems Integrator to join our team .The integrator will lead the shaping and execution of the systems integration processes. This senior engineering position will Lead and development systems integration/ implementation plans, SOW, BOW, BOM, Test Plans, Trade Studies and various products that serve Raytheon's customers.







The Lead Integrator will analyzes and identify all or part of an existing or new computer (and/or server), peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Designs, implements, codes, tests, documents, and maintains systems integration solutions to total system or subsystems. Establishes functional and technical specifications, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem











Required Experience & Skills:







8-10 years of experience relevant to Leading and Executing:



n Integration and Implementation Plans development



n Requirements Development & DOORS experience



n Performance Analysis



n Statement of Work (SOW) development



n Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development



n Basis of Estimate (BOE) development



n Build of Materials (BOM) development



n Test Plan and Test Case development



n Use Case development



n Trade Studies and Analysis



n Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V)



n A demonstrated ability to act independently and creatively.



n Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with co-workers, suppliers, management, and customers in a team environment.



n Group management skills, leadership skills, and strong communication skills.



n Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems.



n Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and present comprehensive technical briefing.







Degree Requirements:







n Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science











Desired Experience & Skills :







n Master Degree in Systems Engineering



n Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD)



n Network communications knowledge



n Experience with Multi-Level / Guard and cross enclave security technologies
