Denham Resources seeks a Senior Web Designer for an exciting opportunity with huge upside and potential for growth for the right candidate.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Must have experience with online lead generation/CPA/CPC marketing
- Expert knowledge of latest web technologies and technology trends.
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, information hierarchy, and web specifications.
- Able to generate ideas and skilled at using copy, images, and photos to present those ideas.
- Ability to apply user interface and interactive design best practices to projects.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, and ImageReady.
- BA/BS/BFA degree required (BFA preferred).
- At least 4 years of professional experience in web design or multimedia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design Email Creative(s), Banner Ads, HTML landing pages, and some Flash games.
- Develop Web 2.0 page layouts in Flash, HTML, & PHP.
- Produce design specifications, storyboards, motion based (Flash), and design prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on weekly campaign builds and design optimizations to increase profitability.
- Manage the weekly creative roadmap with thorough creative briefs, meticulous scheduling and delegation.
- Possible day to day management of junior level Designers to improve their individual performance.
