Description: This is a part time position working from 5p - 9p Monday through Friday. The print coordinator will take direction from the Print Specialist and or Production Manager. Timely arrival for shift and completion of hours is paramount for this position due to the importance of workflow schedules. Deviations from regular work hours are not permitted without prior approval from Print Specialist or Production Manager. The Print Coordinators main responsibility is to fulfill the printing demands of the marketing department with timely delivery of high quality products. All material produced are to be checked to approved proofs and for functionality. Color/quality standards as set by the Print Specialist are to be maintained. The printing department work area is to be kept in a clean and well organized fashion. Pulling of samples is to be performed as set forth by the Print Specialist. The Print Coordinator is to be present during occurrences of equipment service calls being performed within shift hours. Qualifications: The Print Coordinator is expected to be able to multi-task several functions in the department and understands that keeping the press running is essential. The Print Coordinator must possess and maintain effective verbal and written communications skills as it applies to both workflow and problems when they occur.
