The ideal candidate will function as project manager for both print and online deliverables while maintaining the client relationship ensuring the quality, consistency and timeliness of delivery on all projects.


You must be a team player that is able to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple tight deadlines on time and on budget.


 


Responsibilities include: Partnering with Creative Director/Art Director and Account Executive to develop, monitor and maintain the project scope, creating and managing timeline, creating and managing operating budget, resource management and overall quality and accuracy of the deliverables.


 


Requirements:


1.    Experience in a print communications environment producing integrated communications plans and products that require coordinating content, graphic design, print buying, project/account management.


 


2.    Experience with maintenance of large websites, complex web enhancement projects, HTML email, search engine marketing and flash animation.


 


3.    Ability to interface with Account Executives, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, photographers and a variety of vendors.


4.    Possess strong interpersonal/leadership skills suited to a customer service environment as well as the ability to communicate in a professional manner in both written and verbal communications.


5.    Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project.


6.    Handle administrative tasks associated with print/online projects - including production schedules, status meetings, print specs, scheduling designers, budgets, billing, purchase orders, job bags, posting, shipping and tracking.
