Problem Solver / Technical Analyst - Technical Services

Location: Madison, WI

As a member of Epic's Technical Services team, you will directly impact the way 40% of Americans receive healthcare - in fact, it's likely your work will affect the life of someone close to you. You'll become a trusted advisor to Epic's customers, and collaborate with bright and innovative colleagues to deliver top-notch technical guidance.

You'll build strong and lasting relationships with your customers while ensuring they realize their full potential using our software. You will gain an understanding of your customers' history, challenges and goals, and work closely with their IT staff to resolve complex issues and achieve successful outcomes. You'll apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to discover and design unique solutions for a broad array of issues, from configurations improving efficiency and patient safety to optimizations and software upgrades.

Requirements

·         BS/BA or greater in engineering, math, statistics, physics, MIS, or other hard science with strong academic performance

·         Resourceful and confident under pressure

·         Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience

·         Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

·         Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

·         Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
