Position Purpose:
Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction by providing analysis, trending, process standardization and quality assurance to support the needs of Honeywell Utility Solutions.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Data analysis and scorecard generation
- Process management
- Customer case management
- Provide guidance, leadership and training to support personnel.
- Develops team that performs diagnostics/troubleshooting over the phone to attempt to resolve or take action
- Works closely with field to insure database(s) are accurate with regards to customer and Honeywell activity information. Reports issues with software applications that impact daily productivity.
- Insures all customer required processes and reports are appropriately delivered by team.
- Ensures a "Closed Loop" communications process is in effect for all customers. Includes work with VOC.
- Determines manpower scheduling and planning to ensure service levels are met by their team and the GSRC.
- Works closely with other Team Leads to gain and provide assistance where needed to meet all job requirements.
- Utilizes judgment to personally assist in covering front line tasks when required.
- Assists in covering Weekend Shift Leader schedule rotation. Maintains knowledge of after-hours processes to be able to assist in all facets required.
- Participates in regional and customer meetings where appropriate to provide GSRC team with service delivery process.
- Works with other Team Leads to establish appropriate processes for all products, services, and offerings to insure all customer requirements are met, and peak operational and budgetary efficiency is maintained. Insures that all are communicated and enforced within the GSRC.
- Provides monthly "scorecard" ratings for assigned Team Members.
- Utilizes Six Sigma and HOS practices in process development and alteration.
- Assists HUS Manager with required projects as called upon.
Skills & Competencies:
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Access)
- Process mapping/Flowchart software
- Intermediate skills with statistical applications (i.e. Minitab, SA)
- Ability to analyze data and make statistical assumptions
- Primary orientation towards data, process/systems, speed, cost, quality, customer value creation and results.Ability to provide sound reliable judgment in complex situations.
- Excellent communication/phone skills.
- Operational planning and execution skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills; including ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport at all levels; sensitivity.

HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in utility solutions, dispatching, remote diagnostics, Field Management, or Project Management
- 5 years professional experience working in Microsoft Office(especially Excel and Access, creating pivot and query tables)
- 1 year Quality monitoring and scoring experience
- 2 years experience analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of Six Sigma principals (Green Belt certification preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Statistical applications (i.e. Minitab)
