A world leader in the manufacture and supply of Adhesives is seeking a Process Engineer for Atlanta GA. Responsible for monitoring, validate, continuously improve production of Adhesives. Maintaining and approval of process masters. Determine critical parameters for producing products and develop control charts using statistical techniques and data based analysis. Responsible for optimization and debottlenecking of production and packaging processes. Support manufacturing personnel in Throughput Enhancement and Efficiency Improvements through process and packaging trials. Provide trouble shooting support for production issues. Coordinate waste and energy reduction iniatives throughout plant. Responsible for safety improvements for current and new processes. Responsible for implementation and validation of Management of Change process. Requirements include: B.S. in Chemical Engineering or Engineering with Chemical Industry experience. 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Process environment. Previous working knowledge in DOE-Design of Experiments, SPC-Statistical Process Control, and Six Sigma and Lean. Ability to travel 10-20%. Base salary of $70-90,000 plus excellent benefits.
