Job Title: Process Engineer

Call:

Leading Boston, MA based semiconductor company is seeking experienced process engineer to work in semiconductor microelectronic processing group.

Minimum Requirements:

Eligible candidates must demonstrate strong competence in nano – lithography, e-beam lithography front and back end microelectronic processing, semiconductor metrology. Applicants must have proven track record of independent research leadership, proficiency in semiconductor processing and metrology, and capacity for multi-initiative collaboration.

Candidate Qualifications:

·      M.Sc/Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related condensed matter field.

·      5-7 years postgraduate experience with semiconductor processing

·      Experience with team leadership and extensive knowledge of compound semiconductors

·      Competence in semiconductor processing

·      Work experience in the semiconductor industry
