BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Chemical
Engineering. - Two to five years
experience in a chemical processing environment preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for
production engineering support for the Hydrofluoric Acid and Wastewater
Treatment Plants. - Provides process
engineering support for new capital projects. - Provides process
engineering support for Advanced Process Control and other Honeywell
operating systems designed to optimize plant performance. - Analyzes plant
performance data and makes recommendations for optimum plant operation.
- Maintains records of
plant and individual equipment performance. - Conducts economic
studies for optimization of production rates and operating costs. - Prepares or assists
in preparation of process designs including equipment specifications, flow
diagrams, diagrams, and operating instructions for modification or
additions to existing plants. - Works closely with
Operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the plant. - Identifies meaningful
Six Sigma projects and executes the tools necessary to drive business
results. - Other duties and
assignments as necessary.

knowledge and experience at using Six Sigma Tools.
