Summary\:



This individual will be managing a team of thermal process engineers and technicians while directly responsible for the entire new product scale up project portfolio for the Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) product line, a part of Henkel’s Adhesive Electronics Business. The Thermal Process Engineering Manager demonstrates expertise in manufacturing process development, project management, advanced quality tools and six sigma principles. They will function as a leader in in critical problem solving and work well with cross functional partners such as Tech Services, Operations, Engineering, Product Development and Quality teams.

Oversee execution of all product and raw material discontinuation manufacturing scale up projects following formalized stage gate process for NA Thermal Interface Materials Directly manage a diverse team of engineering and technicians Expert in manufacturing process development, project management, advanced quality tools and six sigma principles, and functions as a team leader for problem solvingPartners with cross functional teams to verify accurate data and deliverable are being met Ensure successful project launch following stage gate process, deliverables are being reviewed and executed accurately 

Qualification:

BS Engineering Degree with focus in Chemical Engineering or related principals5+ years of directly applicable experience in Process, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering related to Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) or closely related chemical processing 3+ years of direct people management experience, managing all levels of professional technical teamsProven critical problem solving and organizational skillsFamiliar with engineering tools and statistical analysisExpereince with formal stagegate process highly preferredProficient in computer applications (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JMP/Minitab, Visio, SAP)
