Process Engineer

Leading manufacturing company is searching for a Process Engineer to identify technology improvements that will increase operating productivity.  They will establish and implement quality specifications, testing procedures and process specifications for raw materials and finished products.  This person will conduct process capability studies and identify opportunities to reduce process variation.  They will also develop efficient methods for machines, tools, equipment, processes, procedures, material handling and work simplification. Ideal candidates will have previous Process Engineering experience in industrial manufacturing and a degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.  Experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Minitab, Design of Experiments, EVOP a plus. Data analysis and statistics experience a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to drive change is a plus.
