Procurement Administrative Assistant
- Responsible for performing administrative functions and support related to the business of procurement and customer service.
- Have a strong attention to detail and be process oriented
- Ensure the highest compliance to procurement strategies and procedures
- Be the main point of contact for data collection requested by the lead procurement specialist
- Be able to comfortably work with figures as well as match paperwork and various related research.
The idea candidate would be a solid team player, posses strong verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Associates degree a plus
- Prior procurement experience
- Word, Excel, and Outlook
- SAP or equivalent ERP software
