Ø Perform analysis of business processes and systems.
Ø Compile and maintain Purchasing databases.
Ø Establish and maintain reporting metrics tracking functional performance.
Ø Assist with preparation of annual budget.
Ø Understanding of finance and cost accounting. Capable of developing financial cost models. Lease vs Buy analysis, TCO analysis, etc.
Ø Participate in cross functional teams with suppliers to brainstorm then exploit cost reduction opportunities.
Ø Establish performance metrics.
Ø Work closely with manager to drive results for the organization

Education and Experience
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT.
Ø 1 – 3 years (Minimum) of progressive experience inclusive of:
o Auditing and automating business processes.
o Experience with ERP set up and maintenance.
Knowledge of tools/technology to improve workflow/output of function (ex. EDI, e-auctions, Ariba, etc.)
Knowledge & Skills
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Access
Ø Knowledgeable of ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
Ø Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ø Ability to analyze information and uses logic to address work-related issues and problems.
Ø Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ø Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Ø Demonstrable skills for evaluating and using relevant information and individual judgment to suggest ways to improve the work processes.
