Serve as the authorized agent for the purchase of facilities materials and supplies for clients.

Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials.

Negotiate contracts for goods, services, supplies, equipment, etc.

Solicit in the preparation and evaluation of bids and proposals with vendors.

Match invoices with purchase orders.

Confirm vendor pricing by checking computerized system.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices and related records.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and effective service levels.

Prepare monthly reports such as service agreement renewals.

Qualifications:
Apply your 4+ years of related experience and/or training, along with high school diploma, to make a significant impression on your colleagues and leaders.

Sound problem-solving and communication skills

Advanced analytical and quantitative reasoning

Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles

Intermediate MS Office Suite aptitude
