Produce/Floral Manager
The Produce and Floral Departments greet our customers with freshness and vibrancy. From fresh product presented beautifully in a clean environment to helpful knowledgeable associates; the Produce/Floral Manger orchestrates it all.
The Produce/Floral Manager is very involved with the department associates. This manager assists in hiring, coaching and training associates, as well as scheduling and conducting meeting.
This manager is also responsible for ordering, vendor communications, compliance and sanitation, and management of workplace safety.
The Produce/Floral Manager is key in driving department programs and merchandising.
This manager also has reporting, financial control, and budget responsibilities.
