Produce Sourcing Representative - Woodridge, IL

Description:
As part of our Produce Sales Team, you will network daily with growers and shippers of fresh produce. Sales Representatives are specialized by commodity; they source and market fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the grower and, in turn, sell and distribute to wholesale, retail and food service customers. The role is three-dimensional; it involves buying, selling and problem solving.

The responsibilities for this position include:
- Manage customer and grower relationships
- Communicate and negotiate pricing
- Expand new business by focusing on customer needs and market potential
- Prepare required documentation

Qualifications:
