Our team works closely with the product, sales and analytics teams to deliver insight about the business and support critical decisions.

The Product Analyst will be responsible for developing requirements and insight that support reporting and revenue products globally.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities of this role include the following:
  • Generates and provides various client-related reports and performance metrics to support the Product Management organization on a consistent and timely basis or as requested, including analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Responsible for complex data analysis; identifies, troubleshoots, resolves and/​or escalates trends that may impact client expectations or performance
  • Responsible for data consolidation, analysis and management and client reporting
  • Drives business reporting improvements on a constant and continuous basis within scope of position to automate existing manual functions or improve the efficacy of existing reports
  • Must be highly motivated and driven to excel in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements.
     


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in math, statistics or computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Requires two or more years of hands on experience using MS SQL Server in a Data mart /Data warehouse environment, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Brio Query
  • Ability to write T-SQL manual queries using Query Analyzer.
  • Advanced Excel skills design/build models from scratch, pivot tables, external data sources, multi-sheet linking, if/then formulas, etc. are required. Excellent visual presentation skills – ability to design compelling charts, graphs and report layouts.
  • Basic VBA skills desired. Ability to write Excel macros for repetitive task automation, is helpful.
  • Previous industry experience with enterprise software, internet technologies, recruitment a strong plus
  • Strong ability to translate knowledge of client’s business strategy, priorities and requirements into execution plans and processes that drives the overall relationship
  • Good client facing skills; presentation, verbal and written communication; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
