Monster Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated Director of Product Management to define a product vision and work with cross functional teams to execute and manage against specific, measurable metrics. Our team works closely with talented designers and engineers to develop products that will redefine how people use the internet to search for jobs and candidates, connect, network and manage careers.
The Director of Product Management will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on defining key objective, analyzing metrics, and defining a solution while supporting the positioning, packaging, and promotion to all global markets Monster serves. This role will work closely with teams in both the new Technology Center of Excellence and Innovation in Cambridge, MA as well as the Technology center in Maynard, MA.
Essential Functions:
· Develop and lead large-scale strategic initiatives that address short and long-term business opportunities
· Own all aspects of execution from strategy through concept, business justification, business planning, product definition, launch as well as supporting marketing, P&L management and intellectual property.
· Develop strategic product plans for new products that clearly establish ROI, target market, adoption expectations, P&L.
· Partner with core Monster groups to effectively and efficiently define, build and launch products and businesses either independently or in collaboration with the existing core products.
· Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely, focused and accurate execution of product development activities
· Works closely with research team to identify objectives and market opportunities.
· Develop go-to-market and ongoing communication plans around new products.
· Partner with Product Marketing team on value and functionality testing.
· Creates, maintains and communicates to internal and external partners, product roadmap along with associated project phases and objectives.

Qualifications:
· 5+ Years experience and successful track record in product management, product marketing, brand management.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication capability
· Degree in Computer Science or related technical field desirable; MBA or equivalent degree desirable
· Significant experience and familiarity with marketing, product development and research and analysis in online content and/or e-commerce businesses
· Strong strategic product development, planning and analytical skills
· Strong knowledge of web and enabling technologies
· Open, inclusive interpersonal and communication style; ability to collaborate across functions and build consensus among groups
· Must have ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
