In ths role you will be responsible for quality assurance testing, investigating and troubleshooting of printing, network and software related issues for multifunctional network printers, software applications and utilities. These responsibilities include: server/network environment setup, testing execution, issue replication and analysis, bug tracking and report documentation. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or a related discipline with specific technical course work and at least 1 year relevant experience in a networking environment. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of network operating systems, network protocols and network equipment. Practical knowledge of Windows and/or Macintosh environments required. UNIX/LINIX a plus. Knowledge of MS SQL desired. In addition an industry standard certification, such as MCSE/MCP, CCNA/CCNP, or CNE is highly preferred.
