Description
As a product specialist in the Wireless Networking market you will work directly with our highly dedicated, energetic Category/Product Managers in the Broadband, Security/Surveillance and WLAN product line to maintain and evaluate product presentation in our state-of-the-art computer system. Your day will be dynamic as you work through product set-up directly onto our website; troubleshoot/resolve work tickets; interface directly with customers concerning product questions; and liaison among Category/Product Managers, Sales and Purchasing Agents regarding product information.
Required Skills

- High level of organization skills
- Above-average level of computer expertise
Required Experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of documented experience and skills
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Understanding of WLAN and/or technical products beneficial, but not required
