              Optical Communication              

·         •Coordinated the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the product lines while managing lifecycle of existing products.
 

·         • Developed a comprehensive product line strategy for GPON OLN

·         •Defined product strategy and roadmaps for optical network equipment targeted at Multiple System Operators across the globe .

·         •Profit and Loss responsibilities.  Determine market pricing strategy across all product lines.

·         •Spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) process for multiple simultaneous projects while managing lifecycle of existing products.

·         •Coordinat all project documentation, logistics, and marketing materials for product launch.

·         •Significant direct interaction with customers to deliver sales presentations, determine product requirements, and solicit feedback.

·         •Collaborate with sales and engineering to set priorities, implement features, and meet schedules. 

·         • Direct solution strategy, product definition, product development, and solutions marketing activities for end-to-end RF-over-Glass Fiber-to-the-Home and Fiber Deep solutions.                                                                                                                                         

·         • Directed product definition, product development, and NPI activities for a new modular optical transport platform and 18 associated application modules.                                                              

·         • DWDM multi-wavelength transport solution.                                                                              

·         • Visit customers across the globe to present solutions and learn customer requirements for future product developments.

·         Must be fluent in Mandarin

Technical exposure required; telecommunication systems, data communication networks, optical communication products, passive optical network / PON, optical transceivers, FTTH, metro transceivers, CWDM/DWDM.
