The Primary Function of the Product Manager for Adiana is to plan, direct and coordinate marketing activities for the Adiana product to ensure that goals or objectives of products are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Creates and conducts marketing programs for Adiana.
· Develops sales aids, sales training materials and professional advertisements for products.
· Manages the internal approval process for new and revised marketing pieces.
· Creates and manages information systems (technical and market data) for product area of responsibility.
· Tracks and reports on activities and developments within competitive products.
· Identifies and researches potential new markets by gathering information on alternative applications, reimbursement, and market demands.
· Identify published studies that impact the business and develop communications/training strategy for field sales.
· Coordinate and attend Trade Shows and the National Sales Meeting
Qualifications/Experience

· 2-4 years marketing experience in surgical devices preferred
· Experience coordinating and running Trade Shows
· Contraceptive experience a plus
· Surgical device sales experience preferred.
· Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline required. MBA strongly preferred.
Additional Details
· Domestic travel required, about 8 weeks a year.
· Must have valid driver's license.
